Can I book transportation as a private customer?

No, we only offer transportation from the commercial sector (B2B).

Do I have to register?

No, it is also possible to book a transport as a non-registered user. However, registration offers many advantages, such as the creation of address templates, an overview of past and current orders and documents.

Does it cost anything to use the platform?

The SLYNX platform is free of charge for all users. You can log in or register on our platform here.

What can I ship with SLYNX?

We ship goods of various shapes and weights. However, no illegal goods, weapons, money, fresh food, animals or explosive items may be transported. You can find out more in our terms and conditions.

Can I add my teammates to my user account?

If you are a registered user with us, you can easily add your teammates to your company account.

Is SLYNX a good fit for my company?

Can my goods be collected and delivered at a specific time?

When creating the transport order, shipments can be booked for a fixed pick-up and delivery date or for specific time periods.

Why do I have to upload the documents for my transport company before I can take part in the auction?

There are legal framework conditions that must be complied with for EU-wide transportation. Certain documents must also be available for this.

Which countries can I have my goods transported to?

You can currently request the shipment of your goods to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.

Can I track the transport?

Yes, you can view the status of your transport order at any time in your profile area. Real-time tracking is possible with additional bookings.

Who is my contractual partner?

Your contractual partner is SLYNX GmbH & Co. KG.

How can I pay for transport orders as a sender?

Payment for transport orders is made by bank transfer; you will receive an invoice by email after paying by invoice.

Can the costs change after booking?

The costs that are displayed after the order has been confirmed are binding for us.

What happens to my data?

When processing your personal data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon request, your data stored by us will be completely deleted from our systems.
