No, you can book transport as an unregistered user. However, having your own user account offers benefits such as saving drafts for future use or maintaining an address book for frequently used addresses to save time.

If you have created a user account for your company, you can add your team colleagues to this account.
What can be transported using SLYNX?
Goods for vehicles with a permitted maximum weight of up to 3.5 t can be transported by SLYNX.
Can I track the transport?
Yes, you can view the status of your transport order at any time in your profile area by clicking on the internet link sent to you.
Can I take additional insurance for my goods via SLYNX?
Yes, the goods can be covered by additional insurance. Only the value of the goods has to be stated when the order is created.
